Search for Hire is a premium headhunting firm for the search marketing industry (SEO, paid media, AI, performance marketing). We do headhunting very, very differently. We’re AI-first and we don’t slip on quality. There is no cold calling, no spam, no annoying people. We develop genuine relationships across our industry and find the people who are not searching on job boards, then place them with our clients.
You are a delivery consultant. Anything that comes in through our inbound engine, you close with the highest-quality candidates, through our network and the processes we use. Because we are AI-first and quality-obsessed, there is a lot of training in this role on how we deliver the best. You will be given the tools, the network and the method; your job is to run with them and place brilliantly.
